The Kings XI joined 'One Watt Campaign - Lets save a billion Watts', a nationwide campaign by leading consumer appliances company Godrej Appliances, launched here Tuesday.

Launching the initiative, Godrej and Kings XI officials said the team players will wear green caps at Wednesday's match to support the energy conservation cause.

The 'One Watt Project' vans will tour across the country, covering major metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai, among others, till May 14, a company spokesman said here.

The campaign aims to make people aware to save at least one watt of power.
