Militants launch multiple attacks in Kabul

Kabul, Apr 15 (ANI): Militants have reportedly launched multiple coordinated attacks in Afghanistan capital Kabul on Sunday.

Multiple blasts and gunfire have been heard in the central district, home to a number of international embassies.

According to The BBC, blasts have also been reported near the parliament building in the west of the capital, where security forces are said to be fighting at least six militants.

There are reportedly at least seven large explosions in central Kabul and gunfire from various directions in the heavily barricaded diplomatic zone.

There are also reports of gunfire from a number of other parts of the capital, the report said. (ANI)
