Islamabad, Apr 10(ANI): The Pakistan Supreme Court has issued notices to Prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani's younger son Ali Musa Gilani and Principal Secretary Khushnood Lashari in a case involving an illegal sale of an imported chemical.
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has also sent Musa Gilani and Khushnood Lashari's names to the Interior Ministry to be put on the Exit Control List (ECL).
The apex court was hearing a case on the import of a proscribed chemical, ephidrine, which is used in medicines, The Dawn reports.
ANF Regional Director Brig Faheem Ahmed Khan, who was probing the seven billion rupee scam involving illegal sale of ephedrine, confessed in court that Narcotics Control Board Secretary Zafar Abbas had stopped his team from carrying out further investigation in the case.
The hearing on the chemical import case has been adjourned till April 20. (ANI)
