Some of the prominent road rage incidents in recent times in the capital were:
March 23, 2012: In a shocking incident, Rajesh Kumar, a 40-year-old autorickshaw driver, was brutally beaten to death with bricks by two drunken youths for nicking their Innova car in west Delhi's Vijay Vihar area.
Dec 23, 2011: A father-son duo beat a printing press employee to death in west Delhi's Mongolpuri area after his scooter hit their motorcycle accidentally and he refused to pay for the damage.
Nov 30, 2011: Journalist Arun Kumar Pandey was arrested from south Delhi's Vasant Kunj area for shooting at Jagbir Singh, 60, in a fit of rage after Singh brushed Pandey's Esteem car.
Nov 26, 2011: Pedestrian Moin Ahmed, 32, a resident of east Delhi, was stabbed by the passengers of an overspeeding car when he shouted at them.
Nov 7, 2011: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) councillor from Vikaspuri and his brother, Vikas Tyagi, got thrashed by four youths after the duo's Honda City car scraped past their Tata Ace tempo.
