Muslim sues Tesco over beer carrying drill

London, Sept.29 (ANI): A Muslim warehouse worker is suing Tesco for racial discrimination - as he had to carry crates of beer on his forklift truck.According to The Sun, Saudi-born Mohammed Ahmed, 32, told an employment tribunal it offended his beliefs.

He claimed he did not realize the supermarket giant sold alcohol when he took the job at a depot in Lichfield, Staffs.

Ahmed, of Normanton, Derby, said he was harassed after making a complaint, and later quit.

"I am asking for my rights," Ahmed said.Tesco denies his claims. A ruling is due this week. (ANI)
