17 crude bombs found in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad, Sept 29 (ANI): The Gujarat Police today found 17 crude bombs near the Kalupur Darwaza area in Ahmedabad.
According to reports, the bomb disposal squad has defused all bombs.
The bombs were crude explosives, the police added.
Further investigations are on.
On July 26, a series of 21 bomb blasts rocked Ahmedabad in which 56 people were killed and over 200 people were injured.
Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami had claimed responsibility for the attacks.
The Gujarat Police had arrested the suspected mastermind, Mufti Abu Bashir, along with nine others, in connection to the bombings. (ANI)
