10 fishermen missing in Bay of Bengal

Dhaka, Sep 28 (Xinhua) At least 10 fishermen are missing after their fishing boats capsized on the Bay of Bengal off the southern coast of Bangladesh, UNB news agency reported Sunday.

 

Ten fishermen are missing after six fishing boats sank during a storm in the Bay of Bengal Saturday night, the report quoted local fishermen as saying.

 

 

In another incident on Sep 17, three fishing boats had capsized on the Bay of Bengal during a storm. There is no information on the 10 fishermen missing in that accident.
