Islamabad, Nov 18 (ANI): The Taliban are neither Islamic nor Pakistani, and the entire nation stands united against terrorism, and will ultimately uproot the menace from the country, Federal Interior Minister Rehman A Malik has said.
Malik called on the bereaved families of the police personnel martyred in the terrorists attack in Police Lines Islamabad, and extended Eid felicitations and encouragement to them, The News reported.
'Not a single day passes in Pakistan when a soldier or a police personnel is not martyred in any terror activity whatsoever,' the federal minister said.
Taliban are mercenary killers; they are neither Islamic nor Pakistani, Malik stressed.
Later on, the Interior Minister extended Eid congratulations to police personnel and officers. (ANI)
