Republican voters want leadership change

New York, Sep 18 (ANI): A majority of Republican voters have said that they would prefer to have a new party leadership after the November 2, Congressional polls.

 

According to a report in Politico, most Republican voters are dissatisfied with the current GOP establishment, and are demanding a leadership change.

 

Twenty one percent said they were not sure of current GOP congressional leaders, but a similar percentage wants to keep the leadership the same.

 

Of the 419 national Republican primary voters polled , just 33 percent want House Minority leader John Boehner to become Speaker, while 34 percent want someone else. However, 33 percent aren't sure.

 

Twenty-seven percent want Mitch McConnell as the House Majority leader, if Republicans regain the Senate, while 33 percent want someone else and 40 percent aren't sure. (ANI)
