London, Sept 16 (ANI): A gang of devil worshippers in Russia butchered four teenagers in a Satanic ritual - stabbing them 666 times each and eating them.
The teens, three girls and a boy aged 16 or 17, who are described as 'Goths,' were roasted on a bonfire before being eaten.
Their private parts had also been cut off in the sickening ritual, the Sun.
Police found body parts dumped in a pit beside an upside-down cross, a symbol of Satanic worship, in a rural area of Russia.
Eight people have been arrested over the slayings.
Police believed the teenagers, who were all friends, were lured to a cottage and encouraged to get drunk before they were slain.
Each of the victims was stabbed 666 times, the sign of the devil - then as part of a Satanic ritual, their limbs were cut off and their hearts ripped out.
The discovery in Yaroslavl, 480km from Moscow, has sent a shudder across Russia - where Satanists are feared to have committed a string of mutilations and killings.
The victims, who disappeared in June, were named as Anya Gorokhova, Olga Pukhova, Varya Kuzmina and Andrei Sorokin.
Police began tracing the gang after finding out all the victims had made phone calls to alleged leader Nikolai Ogolobyak.
The rest of the cult were described by former teachers as being of low intelligence and moody.
Three were named by police as Ksenia Kuznetsova, Alexander Voronov and Anton Makovkin. (ANI)

Members of the Church of Satan are disgusted by the actions we?ve read about in Russia. We wish to make clear that Satanism, a legal religion in the USA, is an atheistic creed that follows a dogma written in The Satanic Bible, as well as other canons easily found on the Theory & Practice page of the Church of Satan website. The religious laws of Satanism prohibit any form of sacrifice and are law abiding. We are also alarmed that the media in other nations are calling these crimes Satanic, as they are not. These crimes seem to be Christian Heresy/Devil Worship, whereby the followers of a Christian religion simply accepts the Christian view of the devil and embraces him. It should seem obvious that these criminals learned all their ?Satanism? from Christian sources---as nothing they did comes from our bible, but theirs.
