Soccer coach Fergie was a regular "Dennis the Menace" in school
London, Sept.16 (ANI): Soccer legend Sir Alex Ferguson was a regular "Dennis the Menace" in school, pulling a girl classmate's pigtails to try to nick her sweets.
Margaret McArthur, 67, told how she set her twin brother on the Manchester United boss to stop him tormenting her.
Retired railway worker Margaret, a mum of four, from Easterhouse, Glasgow, was quoted by The Sun as saying: "I've kept an eye on Alex's career. He's done really well and I'm very proud of him."
John Bagley, 67, also went to Broomloan Road Primary School, in Govan, Glasgow, with Sir Alex, 66.
He said: "We always knew he was going to do something for himself.
"Alex was unique and took charge when we played football. He was clever and dedicated."
Sir Alex met former classmates on Sunday when he opened a training centre in Renfrew. (ANI)
