Tue, 01 Jan 2008 ANI

Islamabad, Sept 14 (ANI): Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani have reportedly condemned the last evening's blasts in New Delhi claiming at least 30 lives, saying it was a "heinous act".

The dup also expressed their shock and grief over the loss of "precious human lives".

Gilani said that "those involved in such heinous act were the enemies of humanity".

The country's Information Minister Sherry Rehman also condemned the blasts calling them a "barbaric act of cowardice". The people and government of Pakistan share the pain, grief and loss of lives and property of the people of India, the Daily Times quoted her as saying in Islamabad.

A Muslim terrorist group "Indian Mujahidden" claimed responsibility for the explosions, by sending an email to media organisations' offices. The email had been tracked to a suburb in Mumbai.

In order to find clues of those who were behind the blasts, the Centre has decided to check the records of all hotels about those who checked in and stayed in them over the past few days. (ANI)
