London, Sept 12 (ANI): Jade Goody has been putting on a brave face for her sons but she is terrified with the thought of her cancer operation, according to a friend.
The former Big Brother star, who is having a hysterectomy in her fight against cervical cancer, told pals that she was shaking with fear.
Goody was joined by her mum Jackiey Budden for the trip to London's Royal Marsden Hospital.
"Jade is terrified - she's not in a good state at all. She has been putting on a brave face for her sons," the Sun quoted the friend, as saying."But the doctors told her that the operation will take about eight hours and that has really scared her," she added.
Goody's ex, TV presenter Jeff Brazier will look after their sons Bobby, five, and three-year-old Freddie while she is in the specialist cancer hospital.
When Goody returns home, her mum will move in to help her recover and care for the boys. (ANI)
