Edward Henning joins 9.9 media as the editor-in-chief for digit and SKOAR

New Delhi, Sept 11 (ANI/Business Wire India): 9.9 Media is proud to announce the appointment of Edward Henning as the Editor-in-Chief for its publications DIGIT and SKOAR.

 

Edward has moved to New Delhi from London, where he was the Managing Editor for the UK website of the German company Heise Verlag, publisher of c't magazine - Europe's largest magazine for computer technology. He managed the UK online business for Heise and has also been active in India for the last two years, helping plan and set up their operations in India.

 

Edward has worked for 24 years for leading publications in the industry. His previous engagements include being the European Lab Director for PC Magazine (a Ziff Davis publication), as the Technical Editor and Editor-at-Large for PC User Magazine in the UK and freelance work for other major technology publications.

 

An expert in the area of testing and benchmarking, he has to his credit the design of several standard tests such as CPU Mark which have been used by test labs around the world. He also introduced comparative usability testing to PC Magazine, the first such testing done by any computer title. Edward has been visiting India for work and pleasure for the last 32 years. He loves to cook Indian food and is an avid trekker in the Himalayas.
