Noel Gallagher 'attacked' by fan during Toronto gig
Washington, Sep 9 (ANI): Popstar Noel Gallagher was recently attacked by a fan, while he was performing at a concert in Toronto, Canada.
The Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher, who was playing the band's song 'What's the Story' was pushed to the ground, when a man rushed to the staged and pounced on him.
The band's lead singer Liam Gallagher had to be restrained from retaliating, when the intruder pushed his brother, reports Contactmusic.
The intruder held by the security guards was later charged with assault, according to the Globe and Mail newspaper.
However briefly after the incident 'Oasis' resumed their gig with 'The Importance of Being Idle' and also contained renditions of 'Wonderwall' and 'Don't Look Back in Anger'. (ANI)
