He also gave a statement earlier that Pandher bribed police officers.
But now before court he bounced back from his statements saying that he did not watch police recovering the saw from his house. He also deviated from his statement, which he made about the police officer accepting bribe from Pandher for to cover up the matter.
He also denied that he received the case diary from the officers dealing with the case on the contrary he got the copy from his lawyer.
This to be mentioned that Nandlal, father of the victim Payal who was allegedly murdered after the rape by main accused, Pandher and Koli is the person who helped this act of gross inhumanity bring to light.
It was Nandlal who discovered the human skulls and bodies while searching for his daughter who went missing. And it is because of him only the accused could be roped in. and the present change in his statement is quite contrary to what he has done earlier in this case to seek justice for his daughter.
This deviation which has come as a surprise to people as it may give clean chit to the main accused and give a set back to the hopes of those seeking justice.
