London, Feb 9 (ANI): A German toy seller sparked off a controversy after he was spotted selling dolls of Adolf Hitler.

Collectors at a Nuremberg were shocked to see his World War Two-themed display.

The collection included plastic models of the F|hrer, giving his Nazi salute, priced at 4.50pounds each.

An open-topped car with Hitler and several SS bodyguards was also on sale for 20pounds.

Tanks with swastikas, war bunkers and Luftwaffe aircraft were other toys at the stall.

Organisers of the Spielwarenmesse International Fair closed the stall after it local press labelled it "filth".

The stall-holder was furious at a reporter and said: "I do not know what you want, you clown."

"We are furious. This breaches German law...The Hitler figures have disappeared and we are investigating," the Daily Star quoted organiser Ernst Kick, as saying.

In Germany any memorabilia linked to the Nazis is illegal. (ANI)
