Former homeless man says Colin Farrell saved his life (lead-Colin Farrell)
London, Sept 2 (ANI): Irish actor Colin Farrell will always be remembered by a former homeless man in Canada as the person who saved his life with a shopping spree and a pep talk.
The man, who is known only as 'Stress', had been living on the streets of Toronto a year ago when he happened to bump into Farrell.
Stress recounted how the actor took him on a 3,000 dollars shopping spree in his limo and offered him some sage words of advice.
"You need to get your life together, man, promise me," torontosun.com/stress quoted Farrell as telling Stress.
"And make sure you go see my new movie," he had added.
Stress followed the advice, and revealed that he loved the film, In Bruges, and that he has finally got his life back on track.
"Colin Farrell saved my life," he added. (ANI)
