London, Jan.22 (ANI): Former Chelsea star Kerry Dixon believes Ivory Coast star Didier Drogba will inspire Chelsea to reclaim their Premier League title.
The Blues legend knows all about finding the net himself, having hit 193 for the club to make himself their second highest goal-scorer of all-time.
"I don't just think he is the best in the Premier League, I think he is the best in the world of his type by a distance." The Mirror quoted Dixon, as saying.By that I mean he is a big, bustling, powerful striker who can frighten the life out of defenders. It takes two centre-halves or more to mark him. Samuel Eto'o is another striker like that," he added.
"Drogba is the best of his type and I think he is enjoying one of those special seasons, similar to a couple years ago where he got around 33 goals," Dixon said.
Drogba has already scored 19 goals and he is virtually unplayable on his day.
The Gunners are the League's top scorers so far with 59, Chelsea are close behind with 52. (ANI)
