Favourite sweets offered to Lord Ganesha in Jaipur
Jaipur, Aug 29 (ANI): Devotees offered 125,000 'ladoos' to Lord Ganesha at Moti Dungri Temple in Jaipur as they celebrated 'Ladoo Festival' ahead of the Ganesha festival which is round the corner.
"As we know that ladoos are Ganesha's favourite sweet and in order to please him we offer him ladoos of different sizes," said Kailash Sharma, a priest.

Varying sizes of ladoos have been offered ranging from 251 kg to 100 grams.
Almost 200 people worked hard for past ten days and made the ladoos pouring in their full faith. These devotees believe that this gesture of theirs would please the God.
"Every year, we celebrate this festival before the birthday of Lord Ganehsa. Almost 1.25 lakh ladoos are offered, " said Ashish, a devotee.
The process would continue for a week till 'Ganesh Chaturthi' when these sweets would be distribute to the devotees. By Lokendra Singh (ANI)
