Charlie Sheen's manager denies divorce talk
New York, Dec 27 (ANI): Charlie Sheen's manager and close friend Mark Burg has dismissed reports that the 'Two and a Half Men' star and wife Brooke Mueller are heading for a divorce.
"I have spoken to all parties concerned. There are no plans for divorce," Burg told RadarOnline.com.
"They are both deeply upset about what happened and are trying to work things out amicably.
"They both want to get away from all the sensationalism surrounding what happened and quietly resolve things," Burg told the entertainment Web site.
According to earlier reports by RadarOnline.com, Mueller issued a restraining order against the Hollywood TV star which prevented him from contacting his wife except through his attorney until the case is resolved, reports The New York Post.
Sheen spent part of Christmas Day in jail after police arrested him for domestic assault, following an alleged fight with his wife in the United States ski resort town of Aspen, Colorado.
Officers took the 44-year-old actor into custody after Mueller called them from the couple's Aspen holiday home on Christmas morning.
However, sources have told respected US celebrity news site TMZ Mueller was legally drunk when later tested by police, registering a blood-alcohol reading of 0.13. Sheen registered 0.04. (ANI)
