Movie bosses looking for Brittany Murphy's replacement
London, Dec 24 (ANI): Bosses behind Brittany Murphy's latest movie 'Shrinking Charlotte' have decided to move ahead with the film by finding another actress to tackle the lead role.
The 32-year-old was due to start work on the film, a comedy with Kathleen Turner, Matthew Lillard and True Blood's Sam Trammell, but the project was thrown into turmoil by the actress' sudden death on Sunday.
However, studio bosses have decided to move ahead with the film in the New Year (10) with a new actress for the lead role, reports the Daily Express.
Producer of the film, Darren VanCleave, confirmed the news to TMZ.com, revealing they are now looking to recast the part - and are also planning to dedicate the project to Murphy.
