Washington, Dec 18 (ANI): Oprah Winfrey recently donated 1.5 million dollars to an inner-city school in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her donation will be used to expand the school's campus with plans to build a cafeteria, gymnasium and theatre, reports Contactmusic.

The talk show queen, who is known for her generosity and charitable work, had last year donated 365,000 dollars to The Ron Clark Academy, a private middle school in one of the city's poorest neighbourhoods.

The media mogul has now helped to bankroll the school's 2.8 million dollars operating budget.

Meanwhile, Winfrey has dismissed reports that she called up Tiger Woods for a personal interview on her chat show, following the exposure of his extra-marital affairs. (ANI)
