The officials of the commission are all corrupt. We want that they should all be rusticated from their positions. If our demands are not met then we will destroy the whole office of the commission."

We came here on a tip off and found out that the students have destroyed the property of the office. We will first survey the whole premises and then will be able to provide any information."

14. A BOARD READING 'JHARKHAND PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION'STORY: Alleging irregularities in appointments, angry students vandalized property at the office of public service commission in Ranchi, provincial capital of India's eastern Jharkhand state on Wednesday (December 16).
A group of students attacked the office of Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), the recruiting agency of the government in the state, and ransacked the entire building.
"The student community is now well aware of the corruption going on in the harkhand Public Service Commission office. The officials of the commission are all corrupt. We want that they should all be rusticated from their positions. If our demands are not met then we will destroy the whole office of the commission," said Mohammad S Ali, Student Leader.
Besides breaking furniture, the protestors also set ablaze a two-wheeler.
"We didn't have the knowledge of the violence that broke out in this office earlier. We came here on a tip off and found out that the students have destroyed the property of the office. We will first survey the whole premises and then will be able to provide any information," said R P Singh, Sub-Inspector.
Students blame the commission of large-scale corruption and nepotism. They also allege that the commission is not evaluating answer sheets.
