Sir Sean neither shaken nor stirred when it comes to his leading ladies!

London, Aug 26 (ANI): He might have romanced some of the most beautiful actresses on screen, but Sir Sean Connery is not stirred when asked which of his leading ladies stand out in his mind.

The James Bond star marked his 78th birthday with the launch of his book 'Being a Scot', an idiosyncratic look at his life and Scotland, on August 25.

When being asked by a woman aficionado which of his leading ladies stood out in his mind, Connery wisely ignored the question.

"You've got the mike stuck half-way down your throat," Scotsman quoted him as telling his fan.

The actor has stopped making films after 2003's unsuccessful The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and has turned towards reading and golf.

"I do reading and computers and golf. I feel there's something cooking, but I don't know quite what it is yet," he said.

Connery also talked about how childhood history at Bruntsfield School was all "English kings".

He said Scotland was still the country of The Bowler and the Bonnet, the 1969 documentary he directed about unemployment and social division on Clydeside, but was surprised that his old school now had classes filled with "Greeks, Italians, everything". (ANI)
