Sylvester Stallone slammed for breaking driving law
London, Nov 26 (ANI): American actor Sylvester Stallone has been slammed for violating a California state law, after he was seen driving with two children squeezed into the passenger seat of his car.
According to RadarOnline.com, Stallone, 63, was pictured driving his Mustang on November 22 with two young girls sharing the front seat.
"California law states you must have only one passenger per seat. Driving with two passengers in one seat is vehicle code violation 27360. You must have one passenger per seat belt," the Daily Express quoted LAPD Detective Bill Bustos as saying.
And the actor has also been blasted by the California Department of Motor Vehicles for not following the safety rule of one seat belt per passenger.
"Children ages six and older, but less than 16, and children under age six who weigh more than 60 pounds, must be properly secured in an appropriate child passenger restraint system or safety belt which meets federal safety standards," it stated. (ANI)
