Shane Warne's hair loss cure ads banned

London, Nov 25 (ANI): Hair loss cure adverts featuring cricket legends Shane Warne and Graham Gooch have been banned after complains from newspaper readers.

The Advanced Hair Studio's ads suggest that laser therapy technology and "strand by strand" techniques could put an end to thinning hair.

Aussie spinner Warne was shown as saying in the ads: "I stopped worrying when I saw Advanced Hair Studio," reports the Daily Star.

Ex England captain Gooch, was also portrayed before and after he had undergone "strand by strand" procedures.

AHS said although the treatment could give a cosmetic improvement, the ads did not mean that the treatment could reverse hair loss. (ANI)
