London, Nov 23 (ANI): Rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs is said to have spent a staggering 1.8 million pounds on his 40th birthday party in New York.
Combs had invited celebs including Jay-Z, Bono, Nelly, Martha Stewart and Denzel Washington at the star-studded bash in Manhattan's swish Plaza venue.

He splashed the cash on a Garden of Eden-themed room, complete with an 18,000 pounds orchid display, a black dance floor and a black chandelier.
"He really pushed the boat out for this one - and then some," the Sun quoted a source as saying.
"It was an amazing party and Diddy was on great form," the source added. (ANI)
