Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, says Kate Moss
London, November 19 (ANI): Kate Moss has sparked fury after declaring her pro anorexia motto, "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels."
The Brit supermodel, known for her waif-like figure, was accused of misleading teen girls into starvation by promoting the cult of "Size Zero".
The 35-year-old mum, idolised by impressionable youngsters, left campaigners seeking a ban on teen magazines promoting shockingly thin frames fuming, reports the Sun.
Ex-Ultimo girl Katie Green said: "There are 1.1million eating disorders in the UK alone. Kate Moss's comments are likely to cause many more. If you read any of the pro-anorexia websites they go crazy for quotes like these."
She added: "Millions of girls aspire to be like Kate Moss. These comments are shocking and irresponsible."
TV's Denise Van Outen further said: "Kate Moss is talking out of her Size Zero backside."
The pregnant presenter, 35, insisted: "Having been in the industry for so long, she knows the impact her comment will have on vulnerable young women." (ANI)
