An orphanage for Nagaland children victim of terrorism
Dimapur (Nagaland), Nov 6(ANI): An orphanage in Nagaland's Dimapur district is rehabilitating destitute children who have fallen victim to terrorism in the region.
The orphanage was founded by a local resident, Akum Amri, with the support of Ebenezer welfare society in 2005.
Amri has his own vision for the institution to guide the deprived children into independence through education.

Elaborating about his plans, Amri said, "Our future plan, I have lots to develop, if any fund agency or sponsors come up. Main thing is that we want our own land, so that we can have our own development."
The orphanage currently supports twenty-five children, who are under the able guidance of teachers to provide them primary education.
"We are staying in this home, struggling for our future and education, so I request everyone to support us in our daily prayers," said Moiling, a nine-year-old orphan. (ANI)
