Cancer-stricken Patrick Swayze looking forward to recovery

Washington, Aug 22 (ANI): Patrick Swayze has not let cancer come in his way, as the actor is happily working and looking forward to recovery.

The 'Ghost' actor has lived up to the praise he recently received from the TV chief of his show 'The Beast'.

The bosses commended the actor for work ethics.

The star himself said that he was feeling healthy and was looking forward to recovery.

"I'm feeling good and doing everything that I need to do to stay healthy, I don't have to return to California until next month for my next round of treatments, right now, I'm taking the medication as I am scheduled to take it," Contactmusic quoted the actor, as saying.

The actor, who is undergoing treatment, is to maintain filming the show until November.

"We (wife, Lisa Niemi and I) have been walking our dogs and enjoying some of the restaurants. Also, we stay in the hotel so I can rest for filming," the actor said. (ANI)
