Melbourne, October 21 (ANI): A Kiwi man has reclaimed his title of being the fastest tap dancer in the world.

Tony Adams's record of 610 taps in a minute last year was toppled over by a British show Guinness World Records Smashed contestant who managed 784, reports the New Zealand Herald.

The Wellington stockbroker trained with two-time world mountain running champion Melissa Moon and beat his previous record by almost double, a tally of 1056 taps in a minute.

Adams was introduced to tap dancing as a child when his mum enrolled him in classes to overcome a leg deformity. (ANI)
