Rahul Gandhi assesses development in Amethi

Amethi, Aug 22 (ANI): Congress Party General Secretary Rahul Gandhi visited his constituency Amethi on Thursday to assess various developmental schemes launched by him in the past.

 

During his visit, Rahul interacted with people and his party workers.

 

"He asked the party activists to work for the organization to make it more strong. He also assured the people that their problems would be addressed and the region would be developed," said a former lawmaker.

 

Rahul arrived here on Thursday for a three-day visit.

 

He will inaugurate a Sanskrit Vidyalaya in Tikarmafi and lay the foundation of various roads to be built at a cost of Rs 10 crore at Bhadar today.

 

Rahul will also inaugurate a Kabaddi tournament at the Jawahar Navoday Vidyalay in Gauriganj. (ANI)
