According to Kantipur, Nemwang stated that although the first Constituent Assembly meeting declared the country a federal democratic republic, it was necessary to write a new constitution on time to complete it.
The constitution drafting task should not be delayed any more as it has already been delayed for some time, he added.
While mentioning that the inclusive Constituent Assembly is the power of the new Nepal, Nemwang underscored the need to take it as an opportunity. (ANI)
