Mumbai, Sept 26 (ANI): Bollywood actor Rani Mukhejree is happy following appreciation of her film 'Dil Bole Hadippa' from deaf and dumb children.
A special screening of the movie was organised for the deaf and dumb children of the 'Deeds Foundation' in Mumbai here last evening.
Mukherjee interacted with the children and expressed happiness after receiving appreciation from them.
"I think through my film 'Black', I have kind of built a relationship with them and they feel that I am one of their own. It feels happy when I met them and the kind of love they gave me, and the way they have appreciating the film. They were all talking about my Sardar getup and they really liked that and they liked my cricket," said Mukherjee.
Mukherjee further said that she want all her movies to be seen and appreciated by deaf and dumb, as their comments are genuine and straight from the heart.
'Dil Bole Hadippa' stars Mukherjee and Shahid Kapoor in pivotal roles. The story revolved around a girl who pretends to be a man and dress up as a surd to join an all-male cricket team.
The movie is directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner. (ANI)
