New Delhi, Aug 15 (ANI): Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh today greeted the countrymen on Raksha Bandhan, which will be celebrated across the country tomorrow.
In a written message, the Prime Mnisiter remarked the festival as an occasion to uphold traditional values of Indian culture and also as a time to recognize and celebrate the role of woman in family.
