Cruz and Johansson dig up Woody Allen's bronze statue in Spain!
Washington, Aug 14 (ANI): American film director Woody Allen's star studded cast for his new movie were stunned when they came across a bronze statue dedicated to the film maker in the Spanish city of Oviedo.
The statue had been erected in 2002 after Allen was honoured with a Prince of Asturias cultural award in the city in 2002.
Nobody knew of its existence until Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem and Scarlett Johansson discovered it.
The stars, who are acting in Allen's new movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona, stumbled upon it accidentally on their night out after filming.
"We went out one night in Oviedo and we ran into this bronze sculpture of Woody. They love him. We took pictures with the sculpture, hugging it, and gave the photos to Woody," Contactmusic quoted Cruz as saying. (ANI)
