Oct 15: A core team of Rajasthan police has been constituted to investigate about the bomb blast which took place at Ajmer Sharif two days ago the Id-ul-Fitr. Blast left everybody in shock.
Rajasthan police teams have been despatched to Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh to follow the probable links following the newspapers found from the bag in which the bomb was kept in Friday. This is to be brought to light that next day of the explosion police defused bombs at other places and these were wrapped in newspapers from different states.
News papers were the evening publications from Ahmedabad, Indore, Ujjain and Uttar Pradesh. Police also found the cutting of a Telugu newspaper from the site of the blast.
High officials from Rajasthan police told that they are working on each and every clue and link they are getting.
A three member Team would collect information from Ujjain, Indore and Ratlam districts of Madhya Pradesh. Team arrived in Ujjain on Sunday to start its investigations. Ujjain is a great refuge for the banned outfit named ‘Students Islamic Movement of India’.
Rajasthan police have also been to Hyderabad to find out Saleem’s involvement in the crime but could not find any substantial ground to relate him to the incident. Saleem who died in the blast was being suspected to be involved in the attack.
Rajasthan police is also finding some striking similarities in the blast occurred in Andhra Pradesh and at Ajmer Sharif.
