New Delhi, August 13 (ANI/Business Wire India): Rakesh Misra, an IT professional with over 16 years of experience in software consulting, program and project management and entrepreneurial ventures has stepped beyond his realm and launched his debut novel The eMedha Paradigm into the Indian market.

The book published by Srishti Publishers is available in bookstores across the country.

The eMedha Paradigm is a full-fledged novel with its storyline coming from IT world intertwined with incidents that examine the tumultuous nature of corporate relationships.

It is a tri-cyclic story of a woman stuck between the wheels of a cyber odyssey who is helped by none other than almighty God and his Secretary-of-Earthly-Affairs, who get to play supporting characters.

The novel threads together the ephemeral nature of problems in software project management as it has an underlying reference to eMedha philosophy which is a realistic paradigm for these problems.

Making full use of his in-depth understanding, Rakesh uses racy fiction style to focus on the inherent attributes of demonic clashes of ego, workaholic culture and the growing tendency to be tethered to work 24/7, within this industry.

Based on one basic premise, that in all human endeavors, the ultimate decision points of success or failure are primarily influenced by human resources and their intrinsic humane traits, The eMedha Paradigm, subtly touches the strings of human relations in the backdrop of lock-horn battle between two mega-corps.

Speaking about his book, Rakesh Misra, author of The eMedha Paradigm says, "While the book remains a work of fiction, it has an underlying reference to eMedha philosophy which is a realistic paradigm for IT world. This unique combination of a new IT paradigm being presented through a fictious storyline will make this book an interesting read."

"In due course, I plan to finish a novel trilogy and few other books that would speak to the readers, explore, prod, and even embrace them in their lives," he added.

The essence of The eMedha Paradigm is that life is not about what happens to us; it's about our responses to what happens.

So, what's truly important for each one of us is the choices we make, and our responses to the unexpected results of those choices. (ANI)
