Kerry Katona 'told her bankruptcy will be lifted'

London, July 23 (ANI): Brit media personality Kerry Katona was seen celebrating on July 22 after she was told that her bankruptcy would be lifted in less than a month.

Katona, 28, has signed up for new deals for Iceland adverts and MTV shows, which are helping to improve her financial situation, and which will enable her to clear off an 82,000 pounds tax bill, a court heard.

The former Atomic Kitten member has also structured a new payment system to help clear the remaining tax debt, and the Manchester court ruled that her bankruptcy order would be discharged in weeks.

"Kerry has kept up to date on all her latest payments and she's almost in the clear," the Sun quoted a source as saying.

"It's just a matter of going through the motions to have the bankruptcy lifted," the source added. (ANI)
