Oct 10 : Time fly like any thing and for Sanjay Dutt life has been always a roller costar ride, after getting an interim bail he got a temporary relief. But the term jail has been hounding him since then.

Sanjay Dutt, an accused in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case, may soon find himself in jail again when the TADA judge P D Kode hands over copies of full judgments in the case to him and other convicts. The judge is due to hand over copies of full judgments on October 20.

But speculations are high that that the judgement copy might be delayed and in such case Sanjay Munnabhai Dutt will be free from jail till he gets full judgement copy.

However the lawyer says that all the convicted have to end up in jail once they get the Copy.

Sanjay Dutt’s counsel is considering appealing to the Supreme Court to grant him interim bail on plea against judgement.

An eminent lawyer said that since Sanjay Dutt has not misused his liberty nor he has broken any terms there should not be any problem getting bail.

Sanjay Dutt who has revived Gandhism through Gandhigiri is facing charges for acquiring AK-47 from terrorist prior to 1993 Mumbai bomb blast. He was sentenced 6 year jail term on 31 July 2007, but was granted bail on August 20 this year.

Earlier a special TADA court found him guilty under the Arms Act for possessing illegal weapon. However, the Judge P.D Kode cleared him of the charges of terrorism and conspiracy.

There are other 15 convicts out on bail including those who have been given life sentence. The judgement will be given on 18th, 19th, and 20th of this month.
