New York, June 27 (ANI): Los Angeles coroners have found "no indication of foul play" in the death of Michael Jackson after conducting an initial autopsy.

The King Of Pop died aged 50 on Thursday night. He was speculated to have suffered a cardiac arrest stemming from a fatal dose of prescription drugs.

Spokesman Craig Harvey confirmed the singer was taking painkillers as he prepared for his comeback concerts in London but did not reveal what kind, reports the New York Daily News.

He said the cause of death had been deferred until toxicological tests were completed.

According to TMZ.com, Jackson had stopped breathing by the time paramedics arrived.

Tributes for the icon, including those from US President Barack Obama, former wife Lise Marie Presley, Britney Spears, have been pouring in while new details are being investigated on Jackson's final moments. (ANI)
