Si, Tyber Cranstoun not willing to move aside for Jacko

London, Jun 19 (ANI): Busking duo Si and Tyber Cranstoun have revealed that they are in no way giving up their booked IndigO2 date to accommodate Michael Jackson's tour.

The two, who perform as The Dualers, had booked the London venue for a gig on July 16, months before Jackson announced his tour, and now the 'Beat It' singer's people are hounding them, as he wants to hold an after-show party there.

But with a huge number of tickets having been sold off for the 2,400-capacity show, the boys from Croydon, south London, are refusing to let the Grammy winner ruin their big night.

"It got pretty heavy. We have had this booked since February and then out of the blue we got a call saying that Jacko's lot wanted us out. There were no negotiations at all at first," the Sun quoted Tyber as saying.

"It's typical of how Americans think they can come in and push people aside. They expected us to cancel, but I wasn't about to tell the 900 people who have snapped up tickets that we were moving the show.

"It has been stressful and we did come close to sacking it off, but we don't gig very often and we've got people coming from as far away as Italy to see us, so we just couldn't do it to the fans," he added.

Jacko's camp badgered the brothers for six weeks, but eased off when the boys agreed to make a number of changes to their set.

Si and Tyber, who started out playing on the streets of Bromley, Canterbury and Woolwich, will cut their set short by an hour and a half so Jacko has time to prepare for his show in the O2 Arena. (ANI)
