Melbourne, June 10 (ANI): Australian tennis star Lleyton Hewitt's secret luxury waterfront hideaway in The Bahamas has been bought for 3.8 million dollars, and he is living there wth his wife Bec and two children since February.
Nestled in an exclusive enclave on the island of the capital Nassau, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property has a two-car carport, top-end kitchen appliances and a rustic private jetty, The Daily Telegraph reports.
The airy family home is part of the elite Old Fort Bay estate, a gated community owned by the Tavistock Group.
The group, a global consortium founded by English billionaire Joe Lewis, is planning the next mega-development on the island, The Albany, with golf great Tiger Woods.
Membership to the Old Fort Bay estate's on-site country club costs 31,600 dollars.
The club, whose members are mainly estate residents, has a huge plunge pool and opens on to a beach. (ANI)
