Kamal Thapa accuses NC, UML for delay in Govt. formation
Kathmandu, Aug 6 (ANI): The President of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP-Nepal) Kamal Thapa has accused the Nepali Congress (NC) and the Unified Marxist Leninist (UML) for the delay in the formation of the Maoist-led Government in Nepal.
Addressing his party workers in Lalitpur on Tuesday, Thapa said that the Nepali Congress and the UML' are responsible for the delay in the formation of a new Government in Nepal.

Thapa also termed the move by the President Dr. Ram Baram Yadav to call on the Maoists to form a Government within a week as an 'unconstitutional.'
"None of the articles or provisions of the Constitution allows President to exercise such power," he said.
Thapa also said though his party was ideologically in the opposite pole compared with the Maoists, the two parties were close on the issue of Nepal nationalism, Nepalnews reported. (ANI)
