Mumbai police has reported that at least 6 live but less powerful bomb has been discerned from the Andheri suburb well north of the Mumbai airport but not in the way of celebration fleet. Indian cricket team has been landed on that airport this morning. Though police has not yet related it to the player’s victory march nor denied.

"These were live, country-made bombs ... but not of high intensity. One person has been arrested in connection with this" a crime branch official told reporters, in the condition to not reveal the name. “The red alert has been declared through out the city.”, added officer.

It is assuming that these bombs might be implanted to target the huge crowd collecting from twelve days for celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi as Mumbaiker celebrate most the fest of Ganesh Chaturthi in the country. The experts are also analysing it from the angle of victory march held from Mumbai airport to Vankhede Cricket Stadium. The detail report is yet to come, as Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Rakesh Maria will address the media soon.

It is known that yesterday was the last day of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. The idol of lord Ganesh has been submerge yesterday night, while the Indian cricket team had to return to Mumbai after winning the inaugural Twenty20 world cup from South Africa today morning.

A huge crowed has been collected to warm welcome of the team along a 30-kilometres route south from the airport to the Wankhede cricket stadium.
