Malegaon is a city in the state of Maharashtra in India. Situated on the confluence of Girna and Mousam rivers, the city is popular for its flourishing textile industry. Owing to their arrival one can find various handlooms and power-looms in the city of Malegaon. The economy of Malegaon revolves around its booming textile industry. As per one estimate, there is more than one lac power-looms that are a great source of employment and revenue.
